About
Built by producers,
for producers.
Our philosophy
The 300 Collection began with a simple observation: the women producing at the top of real estate are often the most isolated. The rooms that claim to serve them rarely match their altitude.
We built this collaborative as a corrective. A small, curated group of women, all producing $300,000 or more in annual GCI, willing to share what's working and admit what isn't.
No upsell. No coaching scheme dressed as a community. Quarterly intensives bring in keynotes and vendor partners worth the room — the rest of the year is the market, the people in it, and the conversations that move the needle.
Bold
We tell the truth about what's working.
Grounded
Strategy over hype. Numbers over noise.
Considered
Small by design. Curated by intention.
The founders
Three producers,
one collaborative.

Kim Tomlinson
Founder
Kim Tomlinson is a top-performing Northern Colorado Realtor, founder of Endeavour Real Estate Coaching, and the woman behind The 300 Collective. But the version of Kim who built all of that was forged in a harder place than most people know.
A few years ago, business was struggling and direction felt unclear. Then her father began to fade. She sat with him for seven days — hand in his — until his final moments, when he reached toward the sky with everything he had left. In the stillness of that room, something became undeniable: there is always more here for us, if we're willing to go toward it. She came back to her business with clarity she hadn't had before, took the risks fear had talked her out of, and started building the things she'd been circling for years.
At 56, she's a 4.5 competitive tennis player stepping on the court against college-aged women — because she understands that strategy without mental strength is just a plan on paper. That truth lives in her business the same way it lives in her game.
She founded The 300 Collective because she kept finding herself in rooms that didn't quite fit — built around a framework that didn't account for the way women at this level actually lead. With attunement, emotional intelligence, and a presence that closes deals and holds people at the same time.
This is the room she wished had existed sooner.

Kristin Johnson
Co-Founder
Twenty-five years in lending teaches you a lot about people — what they're building, what keeps them up at night, and what it actually takes to close with confidence.
As a female business leader in the Northern Colorado real estate market, Kristin Johnson has built her practice the same way the women in this collective have built theirs — through relationships earned, not inherited. Her partnerships with top agents and financial professionals aren't transactional. They're the kind forged through showing up, communicating clearly, and never letting a deal die quietly.
Kristin works across the full spectrum — first-time buyers to luxury and investment portfolios — but her edge is in the complex. The deals that require someone who has seen it before and knows how to move it forward. She leads a team built around the same standard she holds herself to: responsive, precise, and relentlessly focused on the client experience.
What she brings to The 300 Collective isn't just lending expertise. It's the perspective of a woman who has led a team, protected a reputation, and grown a business in a relationship-driven industry — and understands the particular weight of doing all of that with grace and grit.
Northern Colorado is home. This community is personal. And the work has always been about more than the transaction.
